ApplyBoard India Private Limited is the Indian arm of ApplyBoard, a Canadian educational technology company founded in 2015. ApplyBoard runs a digital marketplace that connects international students with educational institutions worldwide. The company was started by three brothers - Meti, Massi, and Martin Basiri - who had been international students themselves and encountered the difficulties of applying to study abroad first-hand. Its founding location was Waterloo, Ontario; the head office is in Kitchener, Ontario, with additional offices in India. The firm employs hundreds of professionals.

The ApplyBoard Platform lists more than 150,000 programs at upwards of 1,500 partner institutions across six study destinations: Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, Ireland and Germany. Alongside it sit 360 Solutions, a suite of end-to-end services spanning application processing, financial services and language testing, and Abbie, described as the world's first study abroad AI advisor. ApplyBoard reports having assisted more than 1.3 million students, with an application success rate of 95%.

Engineering work covers artificial intelligence and AI-powered application processing, natural language processing and conversational AI, digital marketplace platforms and automated quality checks. The company has appeared on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 for six consecutive years, ranking fourth in 2024. Sectors in which it operates include EdTech, international education and higher education, student recruitment, financial services for students, and language testing.
