Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, exhibitions, test-drive sessions, product launches, and brand activations.
  
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and on-the-ground execution to ensure smooth delivery.
  

Vendor, Venue & Budget Management

• Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers for events and activations.
  
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
  

Experiential Marketing & Partnerships

• Design experiential marketing concepts that drive brand engagement and lead generation.
  
• Identify and support sponsorship opportunities and partner activations that align with brand objectives.
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and dealership teams to align events with business objectives.
  
• Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and report on turnout, leads generated, and ROI.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in events management or experiential marketing.
  
• Experience in the automotive or a related consumer industry is an advantage.
  
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
  
• Creativity in designing experiential and activation concepts.
  
• Sound budget management ability.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
