Geregu Power

Geregu Power Plc is a Nigerian electricity generation company whose gas-fired plant at Ajaokuta in Kogi State, with an installed capacity of around 435 megawatts, supplies power to the national grid. The plant uses Siemens open-cycle gas turbines and sells electricity through the Transmission Company of Nigeria to the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading company.

Geregu Power is listed on the Nigerian Exchange, has its corporate headquarters on Victoria Island, Lagos, and is owned and operated by Amperion Power Distribution Company. It had 134 employees at the end of 2025.
