The Packaging Machine Technical Operator operates, monitors, and maintains packaging equipment including sachet (universal packaging machine or Shubham packaging machine), labelling machine, wrapping machine, case-taping machine, coding machine, and related machines safely and efficiently to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain process equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
- Carry out autonomous maintenance on process equipment.
- Identify minor machine faults and take corrective action where applicable.
- Escalate complex mechanical or operational issues to the appropriate maintenance or engineering team.
- Comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures always.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry
- or a related field.
