Senior Delivery Consultant

McKinsey & Company is the trusted advisor to many of the world's most influential businesses and institutions.

Senior Delivery Consultant (Lagos, Implementation)

As Senior Delivery Consultant, you will manage workstreams largely independently, with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually take responsibility for delivering parts of projects yourself.

A key part of the role is implementing business and digital transformation programmes, mainly in the mining, banking and telecoms sectors, with a focus on long-term impact. You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream and run client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives.

You will be based in our Lagos office as part of Orphoz, a McKinsey subsidiary that delivers business transformation, including restructuring, turnaround, post-merger implementation and execution of strategy with clients. You will work closely with clients' senior management and specialist departments.
