Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) is a liquefied natural gas production and export company based on Bonny Island, Rivers State. Incorporated in 1989, it processes natural gas from the Niger Delta into LNG and natural gas liquids, including LPG and condensate, for export and the domestic market.
NLNG is jointly owned by NNPC Limited (49%), Shell Gas B.V. (25.6%), TotalEnergies (15%) and Eni (10.4%). Its six LNG trains have a combined capacity of about 22 million tonnes a year, with a seventh train under construction to lift capacity further.
