Sproutly Inc builds financial infrastructure for Nigeria's private K-12 schools and the families they serve. Founded in 2021, the company provides software that helps schools manage their finances and collect tuition, and payments products that let families meet education costs on flexible terms. It reports working with more than 1,000 schools and covering over 150,000 students.

The product line spans several areas of finance and education software. Sproutly Books handles school income and expense management; Sproutly Mobile is an app for family payments and savings; Cowri offers families flexible tuition credit at 2% monthly interest; Ulo is a crowdfunding platform for schools; and a separate programme provides laptop financing for teachers. Engineering work touches fintech, payments, savings, credit and lending, crowdfunding, banking platforms and financial literacy tools.

The company began as Sproutly Green, a banking platform for children and teenagers with a focus on financial literacy and parental supervision. Following customer discovery work with schools, it pivoted in late 2022 to education financing and rebranded as Sproutly Africa. Its stated focus is on keeping education accessible and schools financially sustainable for emerging-market families and institutions in Africa; current operations are in Nigeria.
