Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc is a Lagos-headquartered financial services holding company listed on the Nigerian Exchange. It is the parent of Sterling Bank and other financial businesses, serving retail, SME and corporate customers across Nigeria.

The group employed about 3,700 people in 2025 and offers lending, deposit, payments and digital banking services through its branch network and online channels. Its roles span branch banking, relationship management, credit, treasury, technology, risk and compliance.
