The First Group

The First Group is an integrated property developer and hospitality management company headquartered in Barsha Heights, Dubai. Founded in 2005, it develops residential and hotel towers across Dubai and manages hotel operations through its hospitality division. The company employs a multinational team of industry veterans and works across development, asset management, hotel operations and F&B strategy.

The firm pioneered individual hotel room ownership, an investment product that gives private investors access to hotel ownership opportunities traditionally reserved for institutional buyers. Its client base spans more than 70 countries. Flagship projects include Ciel in Dubai Marina, described as the world's tallest hotel. In total, the company has developed 18 towers across Dubai.

Through The First Group Hospitality, the company provides end-to-end solutions covering hotel operations, asset management and F&B strategy. It has strategic partnerships with three global hotel groups: IHG, Marriott and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
