Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a global nonprofit that partners with governments, health organizations, and the private sector to strengthen health systems and improve health outcomes. Operating for more than 55 years, the organization has a presence in over 150 countries, with a team of more than 1,900 professionals worldwide. Approximately 87% of its staff work in their home countries.

MSH's work spans key areas of international health development, including health systems strengthening, malaria prevention, health workforce development, pharmaceutical systems, and monitoring and evaluation. The organization focuses on building local capacity to support sustainable health infrastructure.
